구현 아이디어
- 아래로 당겨서 dismiss되는 UIViewController를 상속받은 `ViewControllerPannable` 클래스 정의
class ViewControllerPannable: UIViewController {} - 내부에서 UIPanGestureRecognizer 제스처 등록

- panGesture의 state를 보고 각 행동 정의

- .began
- 전역에 originalPosition: CGPoint를 선언해 놓고 pan을 시작할때의 view.center를 기록 (ended 상태에서 되돌릴때 사용)

- view의 origin을 계속해서 변경 (translation값 이용)
